It's been 18 days after New Year's..
Seems like such a long time ago..
Had my 2 weeks "vacation" during the Christmas period back in KL & SG..
Didn't seem like a holiday to me.. running around doing errands and was not able to catch up with the majority of friends at all.. fell sick while I was in KL.. so didn't even attend a single church service back in PJEFC during the Christmas period..
Returned back to Perth on NYE.. it was good to be back.. 2 weeks separation from my Darling Sayang.. was pushing it a bit too much..
Got back to Perth in the arvo.. by the time I managed to check out of Customs.. it was like 5 in the evening.. stupid ppl.. of all days.. they have to do a 100% check on that day.. I think I waited abt an hour plus to clear Customs.. by the time it was my turn.. the guy checked my food bag.. and allowed me through.. coz there was such a long line lar.. silly ppl!!
Spent the rest of the day with Hsien.. catching up and had to go to her friend's place for party/sleepover in Joondalup.. Of course we were in the city for the fireworks to usher in the New Year.. and the infamous proposal.. got down on one knee to ask her to marry me.. =)
Yar.. she said YES..!! Of course, she was prolly stunned at first.. with the ring and all.. coz she knew that I would propose to her one day.. but she didn't know when.. =P
And I had been giving her presents earlier in the evening from my trip back to SE Asia.. maybe that helped to bribe my way to her heart.. lolz!
